Aided by the knowledge gained through multiple years of TCM education, students attending this advanced observation clinic have the opportunity to again observe patient care by a skilled and experienced Dr.TCM. There are 2 patient slots available in each 3-hour clinic. Patients receive a TCM diagnosis, therapeutic plan, and treatment consisting of a TCM herbal prescription and potentially acupuncture. Students gain dispensary experience compounding formulas and may be permitted to partake directly in patient care.
