Early Childhood Nutrition
This course introduces students to early childhood nutrition, from birth to age 5. In a world of nutrient deﬁciencies, food intolerances, and digestive conditions, this course explores optimal ways to introduce, select, and incorporate healthful foods into the a child’s diet. This course considers both omnivorous and plant-based options and aims to empower each student to support a client’s individual needs.
