Food Therapeutics


Students the simple application of digestion and food theory to achieve general balance and prevent and treat various common syndromes such as colds, digestive upsets, inflammation, deficiency illnesses or weight management. Students gain an understanding of how to utilize food as therapy in an individualized manner through Ayurvedic, TCM, and conventional methods of understanding.
