Nutrition for Marginalized Populations

In this class we will look at different groups of marginalized and vulnerable people and their barriers to accessing nutrition and healthcare as well as how to work with these populations. We will explore possible nutrient deficiencies and their practical solutions, resources within the local and larger community and learn how to create realistic nutrition plans that meet people where they are at and use a holistic approach.
