Plant-Based Nutrition


If you have been thinking about going vegan, plant-based, or working with clients that are vegan or plant-based, it is important to know how to meet nutrient needs. With so much conflicting and confusing information out there about how to eat a balanced vegan or plant based diet, it is important to separate fact from fiction. This course is an exploration of  prominent topics and dissenting opinions.
