Pregnancy and Nutrition

NU233

An integral part of most natural therapies is nutrition. Since food is a primary source of energy, it has a great potential to influence our health. Nutritional support in pregnancy and lactation involves increasing specific nutrients, health conditions and digestive system changes. This course is an opportunity to explore these needs and ways to support clients in their unique pregnancy and lactation experience.
