Amy Ritchie, NNCP

Amy graduated from the Diploma of Holistic Nutrition program with Summa Cum Laude honours and is practicing in her hometown of Thunder Bay, Ontario. Amy is a member of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Professionals and currently working for the Live Better division of Janzen’s Pharmacy, a progressive local pharmacy which integrates holistic wellness with allopathic medicine. She’s excited to have been asked to come in as a guest speaker for the Public School Board, teaching several Food & Nutrition classes for high schools throughout Thunder Bay.

Amy is also a yoga instructor and owner of Good Mood Food, a company that sells food products designed to support mental health. She believes what we eat is just as important as who we are as eaters and is passionate about helping others cultivate a healthy relationship with food, themselves and the world around them. She has a focus on women’s health, eating psychology, and nutritional support for anxiety and depression. Amy is available for consultations in person in Thunder Bay, Ontario, or via Skype, FaceTime or phone for her out of town clients.
