Stephanie Enevoldsen

Stephanie has been involved in growing food all her life, since growing up on a farm and homestead in Alberta. After studying Interior Design at Mount Royal University in Calgary, she completed an Apprenticeship with the Cob Cottage Compay in Oregon in 2001 and Cobworks in BC. Soon after, she co-taught Cob Construction and Natural Plastering workshops with Cobworks and eventually through her business, TerraCobba Designs. With a desire to design and grow beautiful, functional and edible landscapes, she completed her Permaculture Design Certificate in 2013, and immersed herself for two years in the Permaculture Skill Building Program at the Bullock’s Nursery and Homestead on Orcas Island. She holds a Landscape Design Fundamentals Certificate through Camosun College, and is the Coordinator for Community Garden activities in Fernwood, Vic West, and at the University of Victoria.
