Workshop Information
The objective of this course is to build on the manual therapy fundamentals learned in OM/PD156 Asian Manual Therapy.
- Review of sequences in the prone, sitting, and supine positions. The course also covers work on the shoulders and arms, as well as techniques for treating patients on their sides.
- By the end of this course, students will have learned many new techniques for treating patients while they are standing, sitting, lying down, and on their side which is a wonderful position to access also the viscera and to work on the inside channels of the lower limbs as well as the GB and UB channels
*PRC diploma students will receive 1 OM/PD academic credit for this workshop.
Workshop Instructor
Alexandre has 25 years of experience in manual therapy and more than 18 years of teaching experience.
His teaching workshops were given to various students including Osteopaths, RMTs, Massage practitioners, Acupuncturists as well as employees in several prestigious Spas in Canada.
Alex’s clinical approach is a mix of different modalities but is heavily influenced by his countless trips to Asia to learn Nuad Boran Thai, Tuina, and Amma, as well as his training in Osteopathy in Quebec.
In his classes, Alex shares his vision of therapy and demonstrates only the techniques he uses daily in his clinic, providing students with practical tools they can apply immediately after completing the training.
Workshop Prerequisites
OM/PD156 Asian Manual Therapy.
Be in good physical condition; this workshop will be mainly hands-on.

Withdrawal Policy
For workshop withdrawals submitted in writing 30 days or more before the start of the workshop, registrants will receive a full tuition refund less a $40 non-refundable registration fee. For workshop withdrawals submitted in writing more than 14 days but less than 30 days before the start of the workshop, registrants will receive a 50% tuition refund. Without exception, no refunds will be given for withdrawals less than 14 days before the start of the workshop.
