Workshop Information

The community acupuncture model offers tremendous value to both the acupuncture profession, and our communities, by providing valuable health care services that are easily accessible. In this two-day workshop we will explore; the history and foundational principles of community acupuncture, why it’s such an effective service delivery model, and how to go about working within, or starting your own community acupuncture clinic. Exploring how community acupuncture operates as a unique service delivery model, we will examine the history, philosophy and fundamentals of this practice in order to gain a greater appreciation for its role within the larger practice of acupuncture.
