Program Features

These empowering skills boost energy, increase self-awareness, reduce stress, and help you set boundaries for sustainable engagement in the world.

What You’ll Learn

Most people know very little about their energy and how to manage it. But like your body, you can be aware of it and take care of it. When you know how to do this, you have a new way of navigating life. You understand yourself, and your mental health more deeply.

The Lightwork Meditation Energy Management Life Skills workshop introduces the core components of the human energy system and a series of versatile meditation techniques for managing it.

As a learner, you will come away with an enriched knowledge of your energy system, how to conduct a personal energy audit for wellness, and skills and information to cultivate a personal meditation practice. These are powerful tools that work.

You can apply these skills to prioritize personal well-being and be more centered, grounded and effective in any role. There is no previous experience with meditation required.
